Overview
Configure organization-level settings in Iden - roles, SSO, email domains, and API keys.
Organization Settings is where you configure how Iden is set up for your organization. You can control who can administer it, how your team signs in, how email domains are managed, and how external tools connect to Iden.
What's in Settings
Roles & Permissions - Iden uses a role-based system to control what each team member can see and do in the dashboard. When you add someone as an admin, you assign them a role. Roles range from full Super Admin (access to everything) to narrow scopes like Ticket Auditor or Access Review Auditor (access to specific areas only).
Email domains - Iden automatically discovers the email domains used by your employees. Approved domains are used to recognize users as internal employees and to support domain-based approval rules.
SAML SSO - SAML (Security Assertion Markup Language) Single Sign-On lets your team sign in to Iden using your existing company login - such as Okta, Google Workspace, or Azure AD (Microsoft's identity service) - instead of a separate username and password.
API keys - API keys (secure access codes) allow external tools and scripts to read your organization's data through the Iden Developer API. This is useful for integrations and automated reporting.
