Overview
Manage the full employee identity lifecycle across all your connected apps.
Iden keeps track of every employee's identity and their access across all connected apps - from one central place. When someone joins your organization, Iden sets up their access. When they leave, Iden removes it - across every app, automatically.
What user management covers
Onboarding - Create employee records, assign apps using templates, and schedule when access is set up. You can add one person at a time or import many new hires at once using a CSV file (a spreadsheet saved in a standard format).
Offboarding - Remove access across every connected app in a single workflow. You can choose what happens to each account (suspend, delete, or keep it), reassign the departing employee's direct reports, and schedule when access is removed.
Linking users - When Iden syncs (imports and updates) an app's user list, it tries to automatically match app accounts to employees in your directory. Accounts it cannot match - because they use a different username or email address - appear as "unmapped." Linking connects those accounts to the right person so access reviews and offboarding work correctly.
Employee Onboarding
Onboard new hires individually or in bulk, provision apps via templates.
Employee Offboarding
Revoke access across all apps, handle reportees, and schedule the exit.
Linking Users
Connect unmapped app accounts to the right employee in Iden.
Account types
Not every account belongs to a full-time employee. Iden lets you classify accounts as External, Service, or Shared so that offboarding workflows, alerts, and access reviews treat them correctly. See External, Shared & Service Accounts to learn more.
